Important Information for Our Guests

• Unregistered Guests Only registered guests are permitted. Unregistered or additional guests are not allowed.
• Care of Furniture Please treat all furniture and furnishings with care.
• Electric Vehicle Charging There is no charging station for electric vehicles. Charging electric vehicles at the property is not permitted.
• Smoking & Fire Safety Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the entire building. Open flames and candles are not permitted. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Open fires and charcoal grills are not permitted. Please use weather-resistant ashtrays for the safe disposal of cigarette butts.
• Liability Disclaimer The operator assumes no liability for injuries, loss, or damage to persons, personal property, or vehicles. Guests are responsible for the safe storage of their valuables.
• Pets Pets (dogs only) are permitted until further notice, up to a maximum weight of 25 kg and/or a shoulder height of 55 cm. Cats are not permitted. The safety of other guests and the protection of the property must be ensured at all times. Pet owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets. Pet-related contamination must be avoided. In case of violations, a fee of at least CHF 100 may be charged. Large dogs over 35 kg or breeds classified as fighting dogs are not permitted.
• Waste Disposal Please comply with all legal waste-disposal and recycling regulations. Objects that may damage the sewage system must not be disposed of in the toilet.
• Safety & Property Protection All safety regulations must be observed, in particular the proper functioning of fire alarm systems and emergency exits. Emergency contacts and the locations of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are clearly displayed in the apartment. Vandalism or misuse of facilities will not be tolerated and may result in legal and financial consequences.Any unusual incidents must be reported immediately.
• Keys & Access Guests will receive detailed instructions regarding the secure storage and return of keys. Costs may be charged in the event of loss or damage. The tenant is liable for the loss or damage of keys and locking systems.
• Access to Private Areas Guests are not permitted to access areas of the building other than those explicitly designated for guest use.
• Sports Equipment Storage of sports equipment inside the apartment is not permitted. Designated storage areas are available.
• Maximum Occupancy & Visitors The maximum occupancy varier per apartment. Please observe the regulations regarding overnight visitors. Removal of Furnishings Removing furniture or furnishings from the apartment is not permitted.
• Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours to avoid disturbing neighbors. Quiet hours apply from 12:00–13:30 and 22:00–07:00, as well as all of Sunday.
