Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy depends on the length of stay and is designed to be fair and transparent.

Short-Term Stays (up to 14 nights)

• Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in
• 100% of the booking amount will be charged if cancelled less than 5 days before check-in
• No refunds after check-in

Mid-Term Stays (15–29 nights)

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
• 50% of the booking amount will be charged if cancelled 7–13 days before check-in
• 100% of the booking amount will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in
• No refunds after check-in

Long-Term Stays (30 nights and more)

• A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation or early termination
• Rent remains payable until the end of the notice period
• If the apartment is re-rented earlier, charges may be reduced accordingly

No-Show

• In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged
