The area is well frequented throughout the day and offers a safe, lively neighborhood atmosphere suitable for both short and extended stays.

The building is situated directly next to the River Glatt, with a riverside walking and jogging path starting right outside the property. This uninterrupted path is ideal for running, walking, or walking your dog, and provides easy access to nature without leaving the neighborhood.

Due to the immediate vicinity of Zurich Airport, aircraft can occasionally be seen and heard as they approach or depart the airport.
